Application


#2000 steel back Fe-Ni alloy wear plates are suitable for middle or low load. This type of oilless wear plate has low friction coefficient and good wear resistance. Periodically greasing during the operation helps to improve the duration of the bearing. The applications include the guide plates of presser, robots, injection machine guide plates, tie-bar, tyre mold and other wear plates.
